Restoration and conversion of large Victorian villa (previously used as a Residential Nursing Home) to three townhouses. Additionally, new build of 4 bed house on the site.

A single storey stone built extension was added to House 1.
The new four-bedroom was house was designed sympathetic to the original villa.
The original entrance and beautiful stone staircase to the villa were used to enter the largest of the new houses.
Contemporary bathrooms were carefully designed to complement the period character.
The original billiard room was restored. Many hours work went into the repair of the badly damaged ornate ceiling plasterwork.
An entirely new bespoke staircase was fitted in House 1.
All windows and shutters were restored and made operational.
Fireplaces were restored or reinstalled where missing and made operational.
Fireplaces were restored or reinstalled where missing and made operational.
A handmade kitchen by Smallbone was fitted in House 3.
Design cues from the original building were picked up in the interior of the new house.
