Acquisition of existing property in Conservation Area and planning approved for redevelopment of site for two 5/6-bed contemporary houses.
Both houses were specified with Cabouca Limestone fireplaces.
Beautifully generous kitchen/living/dining spaces were created leading directly onto gardens.
Contemporary tiling and high quality fittings made for luxurious bathrooms.
The design is modern but uses the same palette of materials as the best local period houses.
Floor to ceiling heights are 2.8m throughout extending to 3.25m in kitchen/living/dining area.
Kitchens were carefully designed to be good working spaces yet to allow interaction with the living and dining areas.
