When we were offered this site, the belief was that a house had to be demolished to gain access. We were able to negotiate the purchase of some neighbouring land in order to preserve the existing dwelling, gain access to the site and achieve planning consent on land to the rear for a development of 2 pairs of semi-detached houses.
